I am such a slacker...I'm sorry! I did 7.5 miles in a little under 2 hours on Thursday. Can you please add that to my tally? I have one more week to get this right :)

Scale's not budging, but clothes are fitting better. A coworker and I have been jogging a lot and plan on doing a mini in September in Bowling Green. SO having a partner really helps!

That's exciting for your race. Jealous of having a running partner. What's Buttermilk Falls?
I feel like the training is going well again. 2 weeks! Wish I could dedicate more time, but am happy with what I've been able to put into it. We also signed up for Rugged Maniac in Sept - its a 5K with obstacles. Sounded interesting and fun....If else wants to join us.....
