This week, I plan do some walking or swimming DS.

Next week, since June, I can do more workout by myself after joining Y.

I can't believe I am just posting, this kind of slipped off of my plate. So last week's workouts were running only. I logged 10 miles;, between the weather and my husband out of town I only had time for two runs.
