I am hoping that this fitness challenge just helps to be aware of how we can fit fitness into our everday routine. You did good Julie - dancing with kids totally rocks! :)

@E - Thanks! Did you make it on the bike today??I just signed up for my first 'official tri' in July so I have 8 weeks to train. So I'm hoping b/t this and that I get motivation and hope my nerves don't get the best of me.

I ended up doing the treadmill last night after my legs training. Wow girl, that is awesome! That is no small feat! You can do anything you put your mind to it! I know just signing up took a lot of guts. You can do this!!!

I have been sick since Wednesday, so haven't been able to workout! It is so discouraging because I hadnt missed more than a day or two in 3 weeks! I feel like it is going to be tough to start up again after I am feeling better! -liz

Still sick! Ugh, I tried doing a little bit yesterday, but the chest congestion just makes it hurt! Sorry ladies, if you want to drop me and change the goal I won't mind, don't want to hold you all back!
