Starting to cut back carbs and do a higher protein diet for a 6 week challenge with my hubby. Hoping to kick up the exercise along with it. Let's have a good week ladies!

It's actually not bad! We already eat a lot of protein, but the carbs were slowly making their way into our bellies, lol! Hoping to lose about 10 lbs so we will see!

How's your tri training going?

@E- Training is going good if you don't include SWIMMING!! I have yet to make time to drive somewhere to do it. I rooting for you in your dh and yours challenge. Hee.hee.

Yeah Sunny on swimming!!!! You should do the tri with me in July!!!!!!!

Good job jumping in Trisha! Anything, even if it's 10 minutes, is better than nothing! That's what I tell myself.

I hope some of the other ladies can jump in too! I know this is getting me motivated to meet my 12 hour/week goal!
